Went to Vietnam Travel Top to book a sleeper train from Hanoi to Hue. I read great reviews on this agency and they did not disappoint! And they were able to provide better pricing than what other agencies were quoting!! Met with Jimm and he was so helpful! Walked me through the entire process and what to expect when checking in the next day at the station. He went out of her way to provide recommendations on what to do and eat in Hue and Hoi An which I was going to visit later on. He's kept in touch with me throughout my time In vietnam to make sure I was safe and enjoyed my visit. I cannot recommend this company enough and especially Jimm's assistance! Will use them again when traveling through Vietnam!

My girlfriend and I had a food tour around Hoi An by motorbike, and it was an unforgettable experience! It was thrilling to be on motorbike around the bustling streets of Hoi An, but yet it felt very safe surprisingly. The tour guides are really friendly and approachable, often chatting with us and sharing information about the food and culture of Hoi An. All the food we tried were fantastic and appetising, and we especially liked the white rose, beef bun noodles and Madam Khanh Banh Mi. We also travelled past the paddy fields, which were really scenic and good for photo-taking. In all, highly recommended and special thanks to our humourous tour guides Hoai and Joy!

I was very overwhelmed trying to book a Halong Bay trip. I went to many agencies and am glad I stepped in this one. Rosie answered all of my questions and considered all of my needs. She gave me several good options and made many phone calls finding a spot for me since I wanted to leave the next morning. Absolutely no complaints. Got exactly what I was promised, plenty of information, and friendly service.

We did the Tam Coc tour through Vietnam Travel Top. The English speaking guide (Ding) was excellent and very knowledgeable. We visited the Citadel where our guide Ding explained about Buddhism and the circle of life. We then visited Tam Coc caves and then sat down to an absolutely delicious HUGE buffet at a local restaurant. We then went on individual bamboo raft rides for 1.5 hours with our own bamboo raft rower (an old man who rowed the whole time using his feet). The scenery along the way was fantastic with huge white limestone cliffs surrounding you and mountain goats climbing the cliff sides everywhere followed by 3 caves/tunnels which he rowed into full of staligmites, staligtites etc - incredible! Finally we went for an awesome bike ride through rice fields with cast formations and mountains on either side of us ... the surroundings so lush and green. This tour is not to be missed and Vietnam Travel Top made sure everything was perfect for all of us!

My husband and I have just returned from a 10-day tour of Vietnam (Hanoi to HCMC) organized by Vietnam Travel Top in Hanoi. We found the whole experience excellent and extremely well organized, from the first pick-up at Hanoi airport to the final delivery to HCMC airport at the end of the tour. Great three star hotels, very good tour guides and drivers and so many extra day and half day tours included. We have no hesitation in recommending Vietnam Travel Top.

We have just returned from a 6 day tour of Vietnam organised by Mr Kevin from Vietnam Travel Top. We had a really interesting, well organised trip and Mr Kevin made sure that we were looked after from arrival to departure, nothing was too much trouble and our enjoyment was paramount.We stayed 1 nights with Majestic cruise. The whole experience was awesome . The trips were very varied and our guides gave us all the information we required. Transportation around by car was faultless. Guides and drivers were always very punctual, polite and considerate. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to see Hanoi and enjoy the experience.

Halong tours did a tremendous job with our trip. We flew into Hanoi and were transferred to the Silk Queen Grand hotel. This was in the old town and perfectly situated to walk around the old Hanoi. We transferred to Halong Bay for a two day cruise on Huong hai sea life cruise. The boat was excellent with very good accommodation and food. Halong bay is magnificent. We were then transferred to hoi an - we chose the flight option and not the train. Hoi an was also wonderful. We were in the silk boutique hotel. Accommodation and food were first class. The trip to My Son was spectacular. The final transfer was to Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel was excellent - Harmony Saigon hotel - and the two trips to the mekong delta and cu chi tunnels was truly memorable. This was a superb way to celebrate our ruby wedding and each hotel and the boat had taken the trouble to decorate our room and give us some treats to celebrate our 40 years married. Well done Halong tours and particularly well done James for his excellent customer service.

Booked a day-tour through our hotel desk. This tour was strongly recommended by a relative who visited Tam Coc in February. Our tour guide, Sunny, picked up our family of 4 from the hotel. On route to our destination he gave us a detailed account of the history of Vietnam's first kings. After a very bumpy 2 hr ride, we arrived at the Hua Lu where we were harassed by very persistent peddlers trying to sell us hats, fans, pineapples, and what have you! Fortunately, Sunny had already pre-empted us and gave us hints as to how to handle the pesky peddlers. We found Sunny to be very knowledgeable concerning the history and geography of Hoa Lu and Tam Coc. The highlight of the tour was in Tam Coc (meaning 3 caves). The boat ride through the karst landscape was simply breath-taking. But be warned, the sun was incredibly hhhooottt!! Please remember to bring your umbrellas and sun screen to prevent yourselves from being baked. After the boat ride, Sunny rented good quality mountain bicycles for us ride through the paddy fields and villages to enjoy the rustic landscape and to learn about integrated agriculture practiced by the villagers. Then it was time to go back to the hotel to reminisce our wonderful experiences.
