My wife and me had a great time in Vietnam, covering Hanoi, Sapa (and small villages) and Ha Long Bay, during 7 days and 6 nights. Vietnam Travel Top have provided us excellent services and made everything even better than we were expecting. Our travel consultant Jenny is amazing, always ready to support us any time. The drivers and guides were always on time, speaking good english and prepared enough to give us important informations during our journey. Vietnam is a wonderful country, full of culture, nice food and beautiful landscapes. We are very happy to had chosen this country to visit, instead of many others in Asia. I had always wanted to visit sapa and stay with a local trip. So I popped into this office to enquire about it on my visit to Hanoi. We were set up with affordable prices for coach and put in touch with a local lady named Shu Shu who lives in the mountains on her home stay. The experience itself was amazing and really was a highlight of mine in Vietnam. Also the travel agent Paul kept in contact with us from Hanoi making sure that we were okay. Massive thank you to Hillary Also. Who was very professional and just super nice with the whole booking and also for keeping in touch with us, while we were there. Both were stars!!! Couldn't recommend this place enough

We arranged our trip with Vietnam Travel Top through our hotel. Having agreed on a price, we were told later in the day, that the hotel had managed to arrange a discount with Vietnam Travel Top which was a pleasant surprise. The trip to Tam Coc in Ninh Binh provence was a great experience. Our guide gave us not only information about the places we visited, but during the trip told us much about Vietnam's history and how the people currently lived. Very informative, useful information. He also made sure that we were not "hounded" by the locals !! The trip was supposed to end at 5.30pm but the guide was very customer friendly during the trip, allowing plenty of time for photos and questions ... this extended the trip by about 2 hours but the guide was quite relaxed about this and made no attempt to hurry us through the day. We met some great fellow tourists on the trip also. Would thoroughly recommend Vietnam Travel Top ... and hope you get our guide, Phuong. Thank you Phuong for a great day ... real value for money.

David Dang was our contact with Vietnam Travel Top and she did an amazing job of ensuring that everything was organised for us. We did the 15 day tour - my husband and I and our 2 boys 11 and 9. We had the most fantastic holiday and experience as a family. We covered all the places on my wish list and so much more. We had such a wide variety of experiences, from hiking to boat cruises. The hotels were all excellent and the staff generally very friendly and willing to help. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

We had a really amazing time in Ha Long Bay, the scenery is stunning and definitely worth a visit when coming to Hanoi. The tour was well organized and especially our guide Tuan made it an unforgettable experience! His jokes and his background information about Vietnam were unique! We were picked up, spend 4 hours including break on the bus and reached the boat. Lunch on board was light and authentic and you could catch really pretty views of the bay. For me, the stop at the cave was all right, but I would rather enjoy one more hour at the beach. Really nice trip with a really nice guide. My husband and I are experienced international travelers and had never used a tour service before, but it seemed like the best way to go to Sapa and Halong Bay. We booked Vietnam Travel Top Tours' Sapa to the Sea tour. The price was more than I expected, but we enjoyed the entire experience. We saw other guides in Sapa and felt quite happy that we went with Vietnam Travel Top as the other guides' English and tours left much to be desired. The best part for us was that all the details (train tickets, transfers, mini bus to Halong Bay) we're all taken care of, and all we had to do was show up. Two things to know if you do the Sapa to the Sea tour: 1. Sapa is treking non-stop. If you have any mobility problems or a fear of heights, this is not the trip for you. Also, on the boat on Halong Bay, the menu is ENTIRELY seafood. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would book with Vietnam Travel top Tours if we came back to SE Asia.

Tony from Vietnam Travel Top provided excellent service during all phases of our trip. He was responsive to our requests in making our itinerary. He met us at our hotel the night of our arrival in Hanoi and made some last minute adjustments seamlessly. He gave us access to showers and a place to rest while we were in transit through Hanoi later on. His associate escorted us to the night train and we were provided with a local SIM card so that we could connect with her as needed. He kept checking in with us to ensure we were enjoying our trip and when an unavoidable difficulty arose, Kathy and her boss found amazing last minute solutions so that our travels were not interrupted. We had 16 days to travel to Vietnam and Cambodia and although we wished for more time to more fully savor the delights and lessens available here, we came away with a deep appreciation for the land, people and cultures of these two countries.

we had a wonderful day trip to Ninh Binh village, near Hanoi Vietnam. Our tour guide, Cuong, was wonderful and friendly. We toured various historic temples, took a great bike ride through the villages and a memorable canoe ride through the rice paddies and took dozens of pictures of the beautiful rock formations in the preserve. Cuong also took us to lunch where we had delicious Vietnamese food; we ate so much that I was too full for dinner later! Finally, the tour began and ended in a comfortable and air conditioned tour van. We also stopped multiple times for bathroom breaks which was very convenient. Cuong was fantastic and gave us some interesting history of Hanoi as well. I would recommend this tour for anyone interested in Hanoi or nearby areas.
