There are many travel agents in Hanoi and I highly recommend booking all your tours with Vietnam Travel Top. I booked my visa with them, a trip to Ha Long Bay, a trip to Ninh Binh and a trip to Mai Chau. I have over four years experience working in tourism, and I found the staff to be very very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were also very reasonable and they offer options for paying in cash and/or credit cards. The operators that the travel agent works with are great as well - good transport, guides and great hotels!
