Vientiane > Vang Xang > Tham Chang Cave > Vientiane
We depart from Vientiane by following the Road 13 toward North. Our first stop will be made at the archaeological site of Vang Xang which dates from the Mon-Khmer period of the 8 - 11th century. En route, we will stop at Hmong village and arrive in Vang Vieng around lunch time. Our lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we'll visit Tham Chang (Freezing Cave), the biggest cave in of Vang Vieng with very nice setting of the surrounding. Local people have a strong spiritual belief of the cave. There is time to take a rest in a quiet natural atmosphere outside the cave before returning to Vientiane by the late afternoon.
Approximately: 6 hours transfer, 1h sightseeing, 1 hours caving
