DAY 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay 1 Day Tour With Genesis Cruises
07.45: Hotel Pick up
Our English-speaking Guide will pick up guests from hotels at Hanoi Old Quarter, Timing from 7.30AM (ready)-8.00AM, for an on time trip and not impact to other guests, please be ready in above range time.
Then the van will heading to expressway of Hanoi-Hai phong, we are the once company organize the trip by this way to save time and get comfort. On the way, you could see the local beauties by rice fields, road-side lifestyle…and we also skip the commercial shopping center as usual.
11.00-11.30: Visit Pearl Workshop Halong bay is famous with some floating pearl farm, the products for exporting. Visit pearl farm is
interesting activity, however in one day tour, we have not enough time to do it. So we could visit a workshop on land to see how is a process of pearl collecting and see craft-man create the jewels from pearl
12.05: Check in
The bus will arrive Tuan Chau marina, reach our Reception, meanwhile the Captain is going to register for the travelers list.
12.20: Boarding cruise
Easily get on Genesis Cruise by private pier, and then Crew, who will serve you along the trip, warmly welcomes you. Welcomed drink is served following Cruise manager’s briefing. While the boat heading the bay.
13.00: Lunch on board
Enjoy a nice set-menu lunch. By local flavors in each dish, it vitally helps to recuperate after a 4-hour-car drive. In the meantime, Genesis boat goes among islets, that make Halong becomes wonderland.
After lunch, you are free to relax on sundeck. While the light of afternoon decreases slightly, hundreds of islands with different shares definitely amaze you by its natural beauty. What Genesis makes your trip different is not the sights of Halong, but the line that you are on. It is the best to watch unparalleled sceneries of Halong in slow motion.
14.00: Kayaking / Sampan rowing boat
The boat will move to Hangluon (three tunnels) area, a water cave for kayaking, rowing bamboo boat or just stay on board for relaxing and the boar will slowly moving around to sightseeing more on the bay.
You will discover the area’s tranquility by kayaking – an indispensable water activity in Halong, for those who love challenging themselves or sitting on bamboo boat (Sampan), for those who love being gentle and sophisticated, to admire breathtaking scenes. This is moment you get closer to Halong’s nature. if you do not join any above activities, you could stay on sundeck for relaxing, then the boat will take you around the bay, do sightseeing other beautiful islets…such as Human head, Horse seat…Normally, this area is full of Cruises and tourists, but Genesis is one of the first cruise come here for afternoon, so it is really peaceful and less-touristic.
14.45: Discover Surprising Cave – Core area of Heritage site
You will leave the boat and having around 01 hour to explore Sung Sot (Surprising) cave. This least known cave locates on a remote island, which is rare in cave-lake seascape. The compartment in the heart of Sung Sot cave is surrounded by extremely beautiful niches. The outside section has a high ceiling with lots of hangover. In particular, the second compartment suddenly expanded immensely with curved domes printed in streaks of very smooth and smooth hats, wholly over the head like a large, wide theater. This is the hugest and most beautiful cave in Halong bay, locates in core area of heritage site.
16.15: Sunset watching in afternoon tea break
This is moment will take a rest after activities and capture the sunset on the bay. You also have time to enjoy other amazing sceneries of the wonder. A tea break with coctails, fruits, snack, egg coffee (included) will served to full fill the romantic ambience.
17.30: Get on bus
It is the time to say goodbye Halong bay, Disembark to get on the bus, moving to new express way to get back Hanoi.
18.30: Sort break
Short stop for rest room if needed, only 5 minutes.
20.00-20.30: Hotel / Farewell
DAY 2: Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat Village – Hotel in Sapa
6.30 – 7.00: Pick up from your hotel/stay, get on big bus and depart for Sapa.
9.30: Follow the highway to Lao Cai city with the first comfort break
11.00: Second comfort break at Lao Cai city before approaching Sapa
13.00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People.

- Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures
14.30: A short drive to the gate of Cat Cat Village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon.
Trekking distance is about 2.5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours
17.00: Come back to Sapa Town. Have dinner and overnight in hotel with night activities.

DAY 3: Sapa– Lao Chai Village - Ta Van Village– Back to Hanoi
7.00 – 8.00: Have breakfast at hotel, check out the room and prepare light pack for trekking. (Big luggage keeps in hotel store)
8.00: A short drive to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain after that heading to Ta Van Village - home of Dzay ethnic people.
Trekking distance is about 9 kms and it lasts for 3.5 hours
11.30: Bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa.
12.30 - 13.30: Have lunch in the hotel.
13.30 - 14.45: Relax and leisure on your own, have shower in the public bathroom in the hotel if you want.
14.45 - 15.00: Meet all group members at hotel to get ready for Hanoi.
15.30: Get on bus to go back to Hanoi with two comfort breaks.
21.15: We say goodbye to you at your hotel/stay. Trip ends.
